Seahorse Home Solutions is a home services company operating in the DFW and Houston metros. We market home services, sell them, and arrange for licensed independent contractors to carry out the work. You can reach us at seahorsehomesolutions@gmail.com.

If you request a consultation as a homeowner: full name, phone, email, zip code, what do you need help with, best time to reach you, anything you want us to know.

If you apply as a fulfillment partner: company name, your name, phone, email, primary trade, years in business, crew size, license number, service area, your catalog, pricing, and capacity.

Our host also records standard server information for every visit — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time — which is used to keep the site running and secure.

We only collect what you choose to type. We don't buy lists, and we don't collect information about you from data brokers.

We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, so we know which pages people find useful. It records the page visited, the site you came from, your approximate location (country, region, city), and your browser, operating system, and device type.

We also record that a form was submitted and which category it was about — never the name, phone number, email, or notes you typed.

It is anonymous and cookieless. Visits are counted using a temporary value derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours and isn't stored against your IP address. It can't identify you, and it can't follow you to other websites.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no cross-site tracking. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so simply reading these pages doesn't report your visit to anyone else.

By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email at the details you gave us, including with an automatic dialing system where permitted. Consenting to this is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails, or tell us on a call and we'll note it.

The contractor who would do your work. We pass your name, contact details, address, and a description of the job to the licensed independent contractor assigned to it. They need it to schedule and complete the work.

Companies that run our systems. Our website host, our analytics provider, and our email provider process information on our behalf, under agreements limiting them to that purpose.

If the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We are not a lead broker — your details do not go to a list of companies who bid for your business.

We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal, tax, and warranty obligations — and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Email us at seahorsehomesolutions@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We'll respond within the time the law allows, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Texas residents have specific rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to appeal a refusal. Use the same address above and tell us you're making a request under the TDPSA.

Information you submit is transmitted over an encrypted connection and reaches a limited number of people at Seahorse Home Solutions. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't keep what we don't need, which is the most effective protection there is.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for anything significant we'll say what changed.
