Fulfillment partners

We sell the job.
You install it.

Seahorse funds the marketing, qualifies the homeowner, and closes the sale. Our fulfillment partners get pre-sold, scheduled work at an agreed price — no ad spend, no bidding, no chasing leads.

01 — The problem

Good crews spend too much time looking for work.

Every contractor we've talked to is stuck with the same choice: pay for leads somebody else already sold, or build a marketing and sales operation on top of a business that's already full-time. We built ours so you don't have to.

Option A

Buy shared leads

You pay per lead for a homeowner who got the same call from four other companies in the last ten minutes. Half never answer. The ones who do are already price shopping.

Option B

Hire a marketing agency

A retainer, a dashboard, and a monthly call about impressions. The spend is yours, the risk is yours, and the agency gets paid whether the phone rings or not.

Option C

Build a sales floor

Recruiting setters and closers, writing a comp plan, managing a CRM, and coaching people through the ramp — all while you're supposed to be running crews in the field.

Option D

Partner with us

We fund the marketing, qualify the homeowner, and close the sale. You get a booked job at an agreed price and do the part you're actually good at.

Our position

The acquisition cost — and the risk that comes with it — belongs to whoever is running the marketing. That's us.

02 — How it works

Apply, get vetted, start taking jobs.

No onboarding fee, no software to buy, no territory to purchase. If we're a fit, the whole thing is a conversation and a signed rate sheet.

02

We vet

License, insurance, and background check verified. We look at your reviews and talk through your workmanship standard. We say no to a lot of people, which is the point.

We agree on numbers

A per-job rate by service type, written down, before you touch a single job. You know what you're paid and when. No bidding against other partners after the fact.

03 — The arrangement

What each side puts in.

What we bring

Funded demand

Paid media, canvassing, and lead cost come out of our pocket. You never write a check to advertise.

A staffed sales team

Our reps do the qualification call, the in-home presentation, the financing, and the paperwork.

Pre-sold, scheduled jobs

The homeowner has signed, knows the price, and knows you're coming. No selling from the truck.

Prompt, predictable pay

An agreed rate per job on defined terms. No chasing invoices and no surprise deductions.

What you bring

License & insurance

Current, verifiable, and appropriate to the trade and the state. Non-negotiable.

Workmanship we can stand behind

You install to our written standard. Every job gets a follow-up call and a scorecard.

A defined service area

The cities or counties you'll reliably travel to, so we only send you work you actually want.

Real capacity

Honest numbers on how many jobs a week you can absorb. We'd rather scale slowly than blow a schedule.

04 — Questions

The ones contractors ask first.

01Am I an employee?+

No. You stay an independent contractor running your own business. We're a customer sending you work under agreed terms — you keep your own crew, your own trucks, and your own other clients.

02Do I have to work exclusively with Seahorse?+

No. Most of our partners keep their existing book of business and take Seahorse jobs to fill the gaps. If the volume grows to the point where you'd rather it be your main channel, that's a conversation we're happy to have.

03What does it cost me?+

Nothing to apply, and nothing per lead. We make our money on the spread between what the homeowner pays and what we pay you — which is agreed in writing before you take a job. You never pay us for the opportunity.

04What trades are you recruiting?+

Water treatment and plumbing first, because that's where our volume is today. We're actively talking to other home service trades ahead of the categories we're opening next — if that's you, apply anyway and tell us what you do.

05How much work can I expect?+

That depends on your market, your trade, and how fast we're scaling there. We won't give you a number we can't back up. What we will do is tell you honestly where our volume is today before you commit anything.

05 — Apply

Tell us what you do. We'll bring the work.

The more detail you give us on your catalog, pricing, and service area, the faster we can tell you whether there's a fit. We'll come back within one business day either way.
